Installation has successfully delivered a reduction in energy usage for JMC, reducing the power consumption of the lighting system to around 15% of the previous system.
Jordan Media City (JMC), has completed a full technical upgrade, bringing its studio spaces up to date with the latest high performance, low-energy lighting systems from Strand.
The upgrade consists of replacing the old camera system with 4k upgradeable ones as a means of future proofing. Old EVS XT3 servers were also replaced with the newer XTVIA models for increased production capability and more efficient workflow. The old Telex talkback system was also replaced with the newer RTS Adam-M system.
